District Profile
The District is a conservation and reclamation district and a political subdivision of the State of Texas located in Harris County approximately 17 miles north of downtown Houston. The District is located east of Interstate Highway 45 and south of FM 1960. The District contains approximately 775 acres of land, which has been developed into 2,481 single family residential lots on approximately 539 acres, which includes the single family subdivisions of North View Section 1, North View West Sections 1 and 2, Willow West Sections 2, 3 and 4, portions of Northview Place Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6, Northview Park Section 4, Imperial Ridge Section 1, a portion of Imperial Trace Section 1, Imperial Trace Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and Imperial Garden Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4. The District contracts Harris County Constables to patrol and provide security within the District for its residents safety. The District is commissioned, among other things, to purchase, construct, operate, and maintain all works, improvements, facilities such as the detention ponds and associated walking areas along with the water and sewer facilities within the Districts boundaries.

Board Members
The District is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) Board members elected by the registered voters of the District, who manage and supervise all affairs of the District. Board members must either own property within the District or be a registered voter within the District. Each Board member is elected to serve a staggered four (4) year term. The District’s current Board members are as follows:
